My journey has brought together spiritual practice, energetic healing, plant wisdom, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the ways we grow through life's transitions.

As a certified Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Master, Gardener, Community Herbalist, Published Author, and Recording Artist, I bring a multifaceted approach to the work I share.

High Vibe Haus is the home where these passions meet. I created this sanctuary to offer spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, deepen their relationship with nature, and explore what wholeness means in their own lives.

I believe growth isn't always graceful. Sometimes we bloom. Sometimes we shed. Sometimes we're sitting in the dirt wondering what on earth is happening.

And sometimes, that is exactly where the next chapter begins.
